We design your partner program with you—and turn it into contracts.
Many software providers grow not only through direct sales but also through resellers, integrators, and strategic sales partners. Yet partner programs often emerge ad hoc—without clear structure, scalable contracts, or aligned go-to-market processes. The result: drawn-out contract negotiations, unclear sales responsibilities, liability, IP, and compliance risks, and inefficient partner onboarding.
With Partner Programs & Reseller Agreements you get:
Decision Brief on the Structure of the Partner Program
Market-Standard Partner Agreements
Commercial & Legal Alignment for the Partner Program
IP and Compliance Structure
Partner Playbook & Enablement

Frequently Asked Questions from our clients
We specialize in B2B SaaS and software business models, particularly in the areas of IoT & Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Hosting & Cloud Computing, Fintech, AI, and Legal Tech. We have extensive experience in selling SaaS to enterprise clients and the public sector, as well as in complex software projects such as private clouds or software development. Our in-house experience allows us to understand the specific challenges of these industries from both a commercial and operational perspective.
We offer both, but fixed prices are our standard. For clearly defined projects (e.g., playbooks, general terms and conditions, partnership agreements), we work with fixed prices. This gives you full cost control and no surprises at the end of the month.
For ongoing support, we offer retainer models with a fixed monthly capacity. We only use hourly billing for dynamic projects, and even then, always with a clear budget corridor.
We are a law firm, meaning we provide our services as licensed attorneys and thus under professional regulations (including confidentiality, independence and professional liability insurance).
At the same time, in addition to traditional legal advice, we also do Legal Ops/strategy and process work (e.g., playbooks, templates, workflows). However, for us, this isn't "just consulting," but rather implementation-oriented legal and contract work: We combine legally sound positions with pragmatic negotiation and implementation support.
In short: Lawyers, with additional operational implementation expertise (Legal Ops).
We offer a free Legal Health Check (bookable through our website). In a 45-minute discovery call, we analyze your situation, identify gaps, and map out a concrete roadmap. After that, you decide whether and how we work together.
